About the Internship

Join NOVA Canine Academy’s content team this summer and gain hands-on experience working directly with Ethan Steinberg and our Brand Manager, Spencer. You'll be immersed in the fast-paced world of digital content creation, helping to produce short-form videos for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.

If you're a driven and creative individual looking to build your editing skills, learn what makes content go viral, and work with a brand that's leading the pack in the dog training world, this is your opportunity.

What You’ll Do

  • Work directly with Ethan and Spencer to edit and publish engaging short-form videos
  • Learn the ins and outs of editing for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
  • Research trends and analyze what makes videos go viral
  • Pitch and brainstorm new video ideas to align with brand goals and audience engagement
  • Receive real-time feedback and mentorship in a collaborative, creative environment

Requirements

  • Must be legally allowed to work in the U.S. and located within the U.S.
  • Experience video editing preferred but not required.
  • Fast and reliable WiFi connection
  • Unlimited access to your own personal Mac computer (not shared with others) with at least:
  • 16GB RAM
  • 256GB storage
  • Passion for content creation, editing, and storytelling
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Familiarity with social media trends is a plus
