Congratulations on booking your board and train with NOVA Canine Academy! We are so excited to have you join our family!

To ensure we have all of the information we'll need leading up to your dog's training, we've written our onboarding schedule below.

3-4 Weeks Before Start of Training:

1. Onboarding form. Please complete this within 7 days of receiving this, but do not complete it before we reach out and ask you to do so. We use this onboarding form to not only connect you with the best trainer, but also to guide your dog's training.

2. Please email your dog's vaccine records to spencer@novacanine.com. This must include rabies, canine distemper, canine adenovirus, and canine parvovirus.

1-3 Weeks Before Start Of Training

We will formally introduce you to your trainer in an email. You'll also receive our packing checklist so you know what to pack and what not to pack. You can review the packing checklist here.

During Training

You'll receive update/training videos a few times per week, generally totaling 45-90 minutes of videos per week. You will stay in the loop throughout your dog's training, and your trainer may continue to ask you questions about your dog.

1-2 Weeks Before End of Training:

Your trainer will reach out to you to schedule your dogs dropoff session for the end of training. This session is typically 2-3 hours.
