Congratulations on booking your board and train with Ethan and NOVA Canine Academy! We are so excited to have you join the family.

To ensure we have all of the information we'll need leading up to your dog's training, here is the schedule on when you'll hear from us with required action items for your dog's board & train.

21 Days from Start of Training:

1. Onboarding form. Please complete this within 7 days of receiving this, but do not complete it before we reach out and ask you to do so.

2. Please email your dog's vaccine records to spencer@novacanine.com. This must include rabies, canine distemper, canine adenovirus, and canine parvovirus.

10 Days from Start of Training:

Pickup scheduling and pickup checklist. You'll get an email to schedule the pickup or dropoff for the start of training, as well as a packing checklist. You can review the packing checklist here.

Throughout Training

You'll receive text update videos a few times per week, generally totaling 45-90 minutes of videos per week. You will stay in the loop throughout your dog's training, and Ethan may continue to ask you questions about your dog.

7 days From End of Training:

You'll get an email from us to schedule the training session on the last day of training.
